The Agency for Health & Wellness aims to carefully examine and reward the best health and spa facilities, treatments, and product innovation, and to give them a platform to showcase their services so as to set the standard and create role models within the industry. Due to a lack of guidelines and legal regulations, it is important to highlight businesses and services that do extraordinary work, which gives inspiration to the industry as a whole.  

We collaborate with tourism associations, health and wellness organizations, as well as with various experts and media agencies of these fields (WELLNESS WORLD Business and many more).

The staff and personnel at the Agency have been active in the health and wellness industry for years and are therefore familiar with the necessary framework and guidelines, and they guarantee discretion in providing an independent and reliable assessment. Such assessment is guaranteed through objective criteria (a questionnaire and a two-step jury process with several experts) and rigorous examination. This assures the honorees that their services are truly extraordinary.

It is also important that the deciding criteria and results be transparent and comprehensive for those outside of the process as well.
