When registering, you can choose to have feedback from the Agency for Health & Wellness and the jury. This is a comprehensive document, and if necessary, including a talk in your office lasting a maximum of half a day, if possible. The performance (SWOT analysis (strengths/weaknesses)) is presented through the mystery check and the submitted documents, and also compared with the other competitors.

Many organizations find feedback a useful benchmark to measure their performance in the competition.

The charge for a feedback report is 1500 Eur excl. VAT. per category. Traveling costs are not included in case of a workshop at your office.

After you have paid you will receive your feedback.

It may be possible that there may be delays due to organizational reasons and you will not receive the feedback immediately after the event.

Cancellations are only possible before the feedback is created! After the feedback has been created, by the Agency for Health & Wellness, cancellation is no longer possible!

The place of jurisdiction is Vienna in Austria.
