Until June 26, 2020 there is still the unique opportunity to register for the European Health & Spa Awards, which is the condition to participate in this prestigious award.
The Agency for Health & Wellness has set itself the goal of thoroughly examining and awarding the best spa and health facilities, treatments and product innovations in Europe. The European Health & Spa Awards are the only awards of its kind in Europe. In cooperation with tourism associations, health and wellness associations, hotels, thermal resorts and media platforms, as well as experts from the industry, we were able to create a unique award in Europe.
The total amount of the prize will again be almost 30,000 Eur, which will be awarded by the Agency for Health & Wellness and the partners to the European HEALTH & SPA AWARDs 2020.
Concept
All registered companies are tested for highest quality standards in eight areas: health concept, benefits for the guests, sustainability, design & technology, corporate social responsibility (CSR), profitability, creativity, offers and service. The exclusive award concept is based on a transparent, objective criteria catalog and is determined in an independent evaluation system (Criteria for Evaluation).
The result is calculated from assessments by an experienced team of specialist judges, as well as independent mystery checks by industry experts. All of these components lead to a certificate that is unique in Europe.
Special Features
If the COVID-19 has been able to prove one thing, it is that even a pandemic like this cannot hinder progress in innovation and the stability of real quality. On the contrary, it shows a new level of ingenuity, resilience and crisis resistance. This is why the new category Best Spa Innovation is so important this year. In addition, contestants are also tested on adapted hygiene guidelines, so you have also a certificate for a COVID-19 free company!
EHSQ certificate already awarded
Last year, the first companies were awarded with the EHSQ certificate (European HEALTH & SPA QUALITY) and you can register again this year in three categories. (“Bronze” certification, “Silver” certification, “Gold” certification) The certificate offers new possibilities and sets new standards. We also support and accompany you in the implementation of the criteria in a comparative manner as with an ISO certification.
