2013 was again a record year in the number of participants and also the nominations. This year, first 63 companies are awarded and nominated. This is clearly a sign of the quality offensive just place in the industry is. The strong competition in the wellness industry contributes to that the company personnel as well as in the technology upgrade to provide something new again and again the demanding guest. For the first time awarded with "Brilliants"
A novelty this year is the company achieving a certain number of points or even exceeding them will be awarded with 1 to 4 "brilliants". This should also help better to represent the achieved performance also makes it easier to communicate it to the guests.
