the first independent and most selective European Award for Health and Spa Innovation!

Like the Oscar for the film industry is the HEALTH & SPA AWARD a unique and the highest honor for wellness companies and innovation in Europe.

The total value of the prize amounts almost Eur 30,000!

The main winner in each category will receive an award as well as media presence of almost 3,000 Eur value!

• The European HEALTH & SPA AWARD is offered by the Agency for Health & Wellness and supported by notable sponsors.

• The primary goal of the European HEALTH & SPA AWARD is to highlight the possibilities and trends in the wellness industry and to present the changes in the quality of spa and wellness companies and in product innovation.
  

• The prize also has the intention of highlighting the value and importance of innovation.
  

• The aim is not only to present the quality of health and spa facilities but also to make a contribution to securing companies futures.

• The European HEALTH & SPA AWARD is offered to all of Europe. The ten best submissions in the ten categories will be awarded. During the SPA EVENTs  in June 11^th 2013, the winners will be honored with the sponsors support at a gala-event.

Health, according to a definition set forth by the World Health Organization in 1948, is the state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being and is not merely the absence of disease or illness.
The World Health Organization (WHO) is a specialized agency of the United Nations (UN). The WHO was founded in 1946, and its bylaws came into effect on April 7, 1948 (hence why April 7 is World Health Day).
The primary aim of the WHO, as stated in the first article of its bylaws, is to protect and promote the health of all the people of the world.

We want to work with this definition of the WHO, which is also a demand for the constant development and improvement of living conditions, and express that the European HEALTH & SPA AWARD also makes a contribution to that definition.
